DESCRIPTION:Trees were selected as one of six special topics for focus as Raleigh begins the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan.  This document is extremely important in guiding Raleigh’s growth as all zoning and development regulations are required by North Carolina law to be consistent with the plan.
