The property at 307 W Martin St is a contributing property in the district containing two ca. 1919 & 1925 2-story brick commercial structures. The properties at 311 Commerce Pl and 322 W Davie St are noncontributing surface parking lots.\n.\nMetra Sheshbaradaran\, case planner\, will make a brief presentation on the application and its current status. Additional documentation on the case can be found on the City’s Rezoning Cases webpage (visit raleighnc.gov search term: rezoning cases).
