DESCRIPTION:Raleigh Stormwater will host a drop-in style open house at Jaycee Park Community Center to provide updates on the upcoming Glenwood Creston Drainage Project. \n\n\n \nBackground\nThis project is a study of the drainage system that extends from the intersection of Fairview Road and Saint Mary’s Street to Alexander Road\, crossing Glenwood Avenue between Alexander Road and The Circle. There have been reports of sinkholes at various locations along the system. Due to the limited space along the drainage corridor\, the City is investigating the potential benefits of rehabilitating pipes in place rather than removing and replacing.
