SEAN ABRAMS\, OUR COMMUNITY HAS WAITED LONG ENOUGH!\n\n\nGoRaleigh Access riders report a transportation system plagued by communication failures.\n\n\n 30–60 minutes to reach dispatch — IF you get through!\n\n\n The callback feature introduced July 14 reportedly DOES NOT WORK!\n\n\n No reliable way to locate vehicles or know when transportation will arrive!\n\n\n Nearly 10 YEARS OF PROMISES for better communication technology!\n\n\nThe City of Raleigh contracts with RATP Dev to provide these services\, yet our community continues reporting serious failures.\n\n\nENOUGH OF “IT’S ON ITS WAY!” WE DEMAND ANSWERS!\n\n\n COMMUNITY MEETING — EVERYONE IS INVITED!\n\n\n Tuesday\, October 13\, 2026\n 6:00–8:00 PM\n Pullen Park Community Center\, Raleigh\n\n\nI have personally invited current Raleigh City Council members\, City Council candidates\, transportation officials\, and community representatives to attend.\n\n\nMr. Sean Abrams is expected to be there. I also hope his supervisors and senior City leadership will attend.\n\n\nPLEASE COME AND HEAR DIRECTLY FROM OUR SENIORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THE CITY OF RALEIGH’S TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM.\n\n\nHear their experiences.
