Our SW area is now part of three Raleigh Police Districts.\nDevelopment at Lake Wheeler Rd. and Centennial Parkway – Rezoning Case 1708 Lake Wheeler Rd. request: The Property is currently zoned Industrial Mixed Use-3 with Parkway Frontage (IX-3-PK-CU)\, Office Mixed Use-5 (OX-5-CU)\, and Office Mixed Use-5 (OX-5). The Property is proposed to be rezoned to Office Mixed Use-5 with Special Residential Parking Overlay District (OX-5-CU w/SRPOD).\nStep Up.
