Design Alternates – New Business \n\n\n     \n\n\n\nD.1 DA-8-2025: 6011 Chapel Hill Rd \nWHEREAS ATC Edge\, LLC\, property owner\, requests a design alternate to provide a 3- foot 5.5-inch parapet in lieu of the required 8-foot parapet per UDO Section 7.2.5.D.2. in order to screen a proposed roof mounted chiller and a roof mounted condenser. The design alternate is in conjunction with a proposed 3\,634 sf building containing a data storage facility on the approximately 2.78-acre property zoned IX-3-PL located at 6011 Chapel Hill Road.
