To watch past meetings\, visit our video services page. \nAgenda Item Details\n\n\nMeeting\nOct 03\, 2024 – Design Review Commission Meeting – First and Third Thursday of each month\n\n\nCategory\nDesign Alternates – Old Business\n\n\nSubject\nDA-4-2024: Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (5000 Lead Mine Rd)\n\n\nType\n\n\n\nContinued from the September 5\, 2024 Design Review Commission meeting. \nWHEREAS Greek Orthodox Community Inc of Raleigh NC\, property owner\, requests the following design alternates: (1) for complete relief from the New and Existing Streets requirements per UDO Section 8.4.1.B.1 along French Drive; (2) for complete relief from the New and Existing Streets requirements per UDO Section 8.4.1.B.1 along Lead Mine Road; (3) for complete relief from the Neighborhood Street Type requirements set forth in UDO Section 8.5.4.C along French Drive; and (4) for complete relief from the Avenue 4-Lane Divided Street Type requirements set forth in UDO Section 8.5.6.B along Lead Mine Road.  All requests are in conjunction with the expansion of a civic building on the approximately 6.6 acre property zoned R-4 located at 5000 and 5008 Lead Mine Road (ASR-0084-2023).
