The committee will continue to consider and evaluate potential adjustments. \n.\nThe staff presentation from the August 26 meeting of the committee is included with the agenda materials. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nB.2 Item 24-01: Commercial and Residential Use – Conflicts (3/18/25) & Intersection of Hospitality/Nightlife Areas and Residential (5/6/25) \nAfter a previous committee meeting\, this item was discussed by the full City Council at its July 1 meeting. The committee may wish to formally refer this item back to the full council as future recommendations will be planned for a regular City Council session. \n\n\n\n \n\n\nC.
