DESCRIPTION:Meeting Wednesday February 26th at 7pm\nIt’s time to meet and talk about what’s going on in West Raleigh! \nWe had a detailed discussion with City Planner Keegan McDonald around Transit zoning and the possible Lorimer Spring Affordable Housing Development.  \nThis month we will talk with Tim Morgan from Evergreen Construction about the proposed 60 rental apartments that will be age restricted to those 55 years or older. Will these be all affordable rentals? What is the income level that an applicant will need to meet to be eligible to live there?
