SUMMARY:Noir Bizarre's IHaveADreamPop! Festival
DESCRIPTION:Noir Bizarre’s IHaveADreamPop! Electric Underground Railroad event is happening on September 8 and 9 at VAE Raleigh. This two-day event will feature live music\, vendors\, and DJ sets inside VAE’s main gallery. Free and open to the public.
