The work is led by the City’s Historic Preservation Unit staff with assistance from the RHDC Community Awareness Committee. Any recently published webpages will be highlighted for informational purposes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nC.2\n\nOTB Self-Guided Driving Tour\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo support public education and engagement efforts around the city’s new Historic Preservation Plan\, staff will present potential sites to include in a new raleighhistoric.org digital tour. Committee members will provide feedback on final site selection. \nThe tour will focus on properties located “outside the beltline” that demonstrate the use of various preservation tools. The project will provide information about different levels and types of preservation and how they are used to encourage owners to keep\, maintain\, and celebrate the old places that make Raleigh unique. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nD.\n\nNew Business\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nD.1\n\nFuture Projects Focus\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Committee will discuss future projects and how best to engage volunteer hours moving forward. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nD.2\n\nRHDC Social Media\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Committee will review public engagement from the previous month to determine if additional action or attention is needed.
