An intent statement was provided that encourages enhanced bike and pedestrian amenities. A condition was provided that a bike ”Hub” will be provided with the first tier 3 site plan.\n.\nThe deadline for Planning Commission action is June 16\, 2026.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nE.\n\nOld Business\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nE.1\n\nRezoning Z-57-25: 8020 Litchford Road\, 0.27 miles south of I-540 (ETJ)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMetra Sheshbaradaran\, Planning & Development\n\n\n.\n\nThe rezoning is for a 20.27-acre portion of the overall site (22.24 acres). The request would rezone the western and northeastern portions of the site to R-6-CU. Proposed conditions apply a density limit to the site and prohibit certain uses.\n.\nThe item appeared at the April 28\, 2026\, Planning Commission meeting.
